  2. Physical: You are fit and able to do more activities Mentally: You have more confidence Socially: You look like you have more potential then a lot of people Health Triangle

  3. Physically You have abs, muscles, and are stronger.

  4. Physical activity doesn’t always mean running or doing any on the treadmill or any other equipment. It’s simply means just doing any thing other then sitting on the couch watching TV or doing anything on the couch.

  5. Physical exercise- any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. • the health benefits of physical activity far outweigh the risks of getting hurt.

  6. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent the "diseases of affluence" such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity.

  7. Types of exercise • Flexibility exercises, such as stretching, improve the range of motion of muscles and joints. • Aerobic exercises, such as cycling, swimming, walking, skipping rope, rowing, running, hiking or playing tennis, focus on increasing cardiovascular endurance. • Anaerobic exercises, such as weight training, functional training, eccentric training or sprinting, increase short-term muscle strength.

  8. Physical activity also keeps your blood pressure by not being way over weight. You can Google BMI if you want and can find your weight percentage.

  9. My personal story • Some of my family could lose some weight. They are going from trying to go to the gym and run everyday, they are starting to go with sports that are helping them lose more weight and they can play some sport almost every day.

  10. Activity time!!!
