The revised American Degree application now mirrors the layout of the Proficiency Entrepreneurship/Placement application. It collects detailed information on agricultural classes, instructional hours, and classification pathways, featuring automatic calculations for financial summaries. Both Entrepreneurship and Placement hours/earnings are reported on the same page, and applicants can document personal expenses with increased line availability. The application ensures ease of use with automatic checklist transfers and offers unprotected photo pages to eliminate duplication confusion.

SAE-Based Awards American Degree Revisions • Will mirror look of Proficiency Entrepreneurship/Placement application • Application will collect information regarding agricultural classes completed, hours of instruction completed and pathway classification (Drop Down Listing) • Revised application provides automatic calculations and number transfer to financial summary pages

SAE-Based Awards American Degree Revisions • Entrepreneurship and Placement hours/earnings are reported on same page • American Degree will have more lines available for personal expenses, etc. • Checklist – automatic transfer of state degree obtained year, graduated date, # of classroom hours to checklist

American Degree Revisions – Stars • Star Battery –AFNR indicator statements used for reporting of top skills mastered and their contribution to the success of the SAE program (same as proficiency award) • No additional financial information required for Star Battery. There are sufficient lines on the American Degree now available.

  6. American Degree Stars • Star Battery • Same questions used in Proficiency application • Photo pages all unprotected – no more confusion on duplicating unprotected photo pages. • Personal Page – for applicants use in further explain their SAE program

  7. American Degree Stars • 2012 American Degree application required for Star Award applicants in award year 2012. • Due to major revisions, no prior versions accepted.
