Exploring the Effects of SIRT-1 and PGC-1α siRNA on Leucine-Induced Cellular Responses

This study investigates the role of SIRT-1 and PGC-1α siRNA in modulating cellular responses to leucine. Using various controls and negative controls, we analyze the impact of these siRNAs on gene expression levels across SIRT-1, PGC-1α, and NRF, measured against 18S rRNA. The findings aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underpinning leucine's effects on metabolic regulation and identify potential therapeutic targets for metabolic disorders.
