On 21 October 2008, key stakeholders gathered in Freiburg to discuss dissemination activities for the Intelligent Energy Europe (IEE) project. The meeting focused on the ongoing creation and updates of project information for IEE online systems, as well as contributions to supplementary materials requested by the European Commission. The importance of participation in various dissemination events, such as workshops and conferences, was emphasized. Oeko serves as the primary project coordinator, with CRES assisting in executing dissemination tasks.

Tasks • Creation and regular update of your project information for IEE online information systems (according to your reporting schedule). • Contribution, upon request by the EACI, to the development of additional information material (Intelligent Energy News Review, videos, images etc.) in the quality and form specified. • Participation and/or contribution, to information and dissemination events (contractors’ workshops, conferences, briefing days, exhibitions, etc.) related to IEE or other relevant EU programmes.
Role and contribution of partners • Oeko: The Project Coordinator has the main responsibility for the activities and deliverables in this WP. • CRES: The WP coordinator of WP6 will assist the project coordinator with the activities and deliverables in this WP.
