The CTAE Leadership Ohio program aims to cultivate a network of visionary leaders equipped with the essential knowledge and skills to drive change and enhance career-technical and adult education. Partners include OACTS, OCTA, Ohio ACTE, and the Ohio Department of Education. Participants will grow their leadership capabilities, understand policy development, and build lasting partnerships. The curriculum covers critical themes like planning, collaboration, and instructional leadership, ultimately preparing leaders to foster educational reform in Ohio.

CTAE Leadership Ohio! Purpose:To create a pool of visionary leaders who have the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate change and improve the quality of career-technical and adult education programs.

CTAE Leadership Ohio! Participants in the cohort will: • Develop their leadership capabilities • Develop an understanding of policy development processes • Develop an understanding of instructional leadership • Establish meaningful personal and organizational partnerships and networks
