  2. How do I sign up? • Go to www.hotmail.com • Click on the link to the left of the page that says: Sign up • Fill out the information in the form provided • The best thing is, it’s FREE!

  3. Can anyone sign up? • No, to sign up you have to be at least 13 years old to have an account without your parents consent.

  4. What information do I need to sign up? • To sign up you need: • Hotmail ID • Password with 6 characters minimum • First and last name • Date of birth • Country/region • Zip code • Gender • Alternate email address

  5. How much space is provided? Are there any additional costs? • 5GB is provided to start with, but unlimited space is provided. • There is no additional costs.

  6. What are the security features? • Keeps your password safe • There is an account recovery • Filters out about 5.5 billion spam messages everyday • Hotmail protects your account by blocking login after multiple unsuccessful attempts
