  6. The necessary action before installation • Open the hood, launch engine of the car and runs it at idle speed for 3 minutes. 2.   7. The Installation Procedure 1. After turning off the car, open the button of the bellows and take out the cylindrical filter element, then clear up with the hair dryer. 2. Stick the gasket with the big wavy aperture on the cylindrical filter element, and the small wavy aperture is faced to the engine bay. 3. 80% for the gasket coverage and 20% for the blank, this is the golden ratio for the best effect. Cut the suitable size with scissors. 4. It is the best effect that the gasket is placed under the gas collection hole! 5. Close the bellows at the end and buckle the safety button.

Operation one of stepping on the accelerator after installation • The old car with more than 3 years should be stepped on the accelerator for 10 times, the first to third time is stepped on for rpm 4,000, stepped for 30 seconds then stopped for 15 seconds, and stopped after 3 times in succession of this procedure, then go to the exhaust pipe and check whether the carbon monoxide is eliminated completely or not. The other 7 times just step on for 3,500 revolutions. 2. The other 3 times just step on for 3,500 revolutions.

Check after installation (1) • The car owner or driver and the witness go to the backside of the car together, and check whether it releases the black smoke, carbon deposit, gas smell is released by the exhaust pipe or not when step on the accelerator. 2. Grab the air with the hand and smell to make sure there is no gas smell. 3. Let the back of a hand with the distance of 6 cm from exhaust pipe for 10 seconds and test whether the moist mist is exhausted or not. 4. Check whether the oil stain or water stain is exhausted on the ground under the exhaust pipe. 5. Check whether there is any water drop around the exhaust pipe.
