  4. AMNIOCENTESIS • Enfermedades Congénitas. • Defectos tubo Neural. • Enf. Hemolíticas. • Edad Gestacional. • Madurez Pulmonar.

  5. ENFERMEDADES CONGENITAS • Aminiocentesis 14-20 semanas. • Obtención de células fetales. • Cariotipo. • Identificación de metabolopatias.

  6. ENFERMEDADES CONGENITAS • Análisis genético de vellosidades corionicas. Actualidad en laboratorio.

  7. Defectos del Tubo Neural ESTUDIO RESULTADO

  8. MADUREZ FETAL En la actualidad la ultrasonografía es el mejor método para evaluar el tamaño y la madurez fetal.

  9. MADUREZ FETAL AMNIOCENTESIS • Indice lecitino/esfingomielina. • Determinación de celulas naranja. • Determinación de creatinina. • Cuerpos lamelares.

  10. MADUREZ FETAL Valoración de maduración pulmonar. Pruebas Funcionales Pruebas bioquímicas

  11. EMBARAZO • Valoración de Hemólisis fetal. • Bilirubinas en líquido amniotico por amniocentesis. • Método: espectrofotometría.
