  6. 2019 Player Fees $895 payable in 4 installments* 1st Payment: March 1 $450 2nd Payment: April 1 $250 3rd Payment: May 1 $250 4th Payment: June 1 $245 *installments include $300 worth of Rams Cards NO Player Fees will be refunded after May 1st.

RAMS CARDS • Each player will be required to sell $300 worth of Rams Cards • 15 Rams Cards @ $20 each • Rams cards will only be issued after first installment is made • Players may request additional Rams cards to help offset their • out-of-pocket expenses, but ALL Rams cards must be paid in advance. • NO EXCEPTIONS

What is Included in Player Fees ? • Game Day Gear: Helmet, Pads, Jersey, Pants (all GHS Property and must be turned in) • Practice Gear • Weight Room Gear • 7 on 7 Gear • All Team Meals, Snacks and Beverages, including popsicle Tuesday • Camps and OTAs • Transportation to away games • Workout Room Equipment Maintenance • Football/Practice field maintenance • Helmet Refurbishment • One (1) Grayson TDC parking pass for home game parking • Ten (10) Tickets for admittance into ANY home games (9th, JV or Varsity) • Two (2) Tickets to the end of year banquet • One Copy of the 2019 Media Guide • Touchdown Club membership

  11. SPONSORSHIPS…A GREAT WAY TO PAY PLAYER FEES!!! INCENTIVE: Receive 50% of all Sponsors over $100 We are 501C, so all sponsorships are tax deductible EXAMPLE: • TEAM SPONSOR: $500 • On-site banner 4X4 – located on football fence OR scrolling on web banner on GHS FB website • Media Guide Ad – 1/2 page in black & white. • Company listed on the Grayson High School Football Sponsor directory. • Player receives $250 towards fees. After all fees are paid, funds are returned to the parent.

Getting Back to Business in the Community • Community Outreach Committee, led by Mike Dagenhart and Adam Taylor, will head our initiatives in this area. • Our goal is to fill the stands at the Grayson Rams football games. In order to do so, our players and our coaches must be VISIBLE and ACTIVE in promoting our program. • Suggestions: Golf Tournament, Reading to Elementary School Students, Helping in the Carpool Lanes Before and After School, Deliver Calendars and Football Schedules to local retailers,Attend GFL Games, etc.

TDC Members Meetings • Meetings will be held on the first Monday of each month at • 6:30 pm in the Field House. • Notification of meeting date and locations changes will be sent via email. • We will not send regular email reminders regarding • TDC meetings. • TDC bylaws are posted on the Grayson Rams Football Website/TOUCHDOWN CLUB link.
