The Central Baltic Programme 2014-2020 aims to empower young people in Finland (including Åland Islands), Estonia, Latvia, and Sweden to become more entrepreneurial. The program focuses on sustainable development through projects that enhance local ecosystems, promote cultural heritage, improve urban environments, and optimize transport solutions. By fostering cooperation, the initiative seeks to create new smart businesses, clean marine environments, and better services in small ports, ultimately strengthening communities and markets in the region.
