During the program year ending 2007 the greatest individual referral rate for this office was received by African American Female applicants (86.0) followed by African American Male applicants (75.2) and Hispanic Male applicants (73.2). Hispanic Female applicants reported a 69.0% referral rate, while White Female applicants received a low number of individual referral rate (64.4).
