This presentation discusses the outcomes of the Fall 2013 campus-wide trial of the end-of-term course evaluation system. By leveraging the benefits of the Green system, which integrates with FAAR and provides centralized reporting, the faculty reports and response rates by college saw significant improvements. Challenges faced during the trial include planning in a decentralized institution with dynamically dated and sequentially taught courses. Valuable lessons were learned, such as the importance of clear end dates for evaluations, personalized communication with students to encourage responses, and centralizing evaluation mapping. To further improve, utilizing national data norms and expanding data analysis methods are suggested. Resources like tutorials and support documents from Smarter Surveys are available for gathering feedback. For more comments or inquiries, you can contact Denise Helm at Denise.helm@nau.edu. Special thanks are extended to the Implementation Team, ITS, ELC, Student Support Desk, and the Office of the Registrar.
