The Crisis Plan • A crisis is an incident where either members of staff or Team or both are involved in an incident where they are subjected to harm, injury or undue suffering or where an incident could cause the organisation to be the subject of widespread attention from the media or other external groups.

  5. The Crisis Plan • Every Team Leader and member of staff will be issued with emergency contact numbers in card from. • All Delivery Partner vehicles will carry a pack containing: • Emergency contact numbers • Checklist • Relevant incident log forms • Reporting: Local – Local Executive – Regional - National • 020 7543 1237

  10. Team Funding update • The Prince’s Trust is committed to maintaining the Team programme for 16-25 year olds • The Trust is aware of and working hard to address the lack of funding offered for the post 19 year old age group

  13. Develop a mentoring scheme aimed at FRS personnel to guide young people to give provision of personal support, assistance, guidance, encouragement and inspiration during and following Prince’s Trust programmes, particularly at a time of transition and over a sustained period of time.

  14. Develop the ‘Fire Industry Scheme’ as a model of progression to employment for young people on FRS led Prince’s Trust programmes and a source of private sector support.
