Developing and Implementing an Evaluation Plan for the Houston EMA

In FY 2000, the Ryan White Planning Council requested the coordination of outcomes development for HIV Services, to be implemented in FY 2001. The evaluation plan is built upon the CPCDMS data system, which serves as a foundational element for assessing program effectiveness. This initiative aims to systematically gather and analyze data on service outcomes, enhancing the overall response to HIV care and treatment in the Houston Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA).
