  11. Iterative Approach • Plenty of revising and testing until close to the deadline • Allows for scope or feature changes

Scope of phased release • Alpha: Application can perform basic communication through XMPP protocol, with a simple GUI • Beta: Application can be used by multiple people, performs communication with different instant messengers through multiple protocols, with enriched GUI and has secure database support. • Final: Application will include all the features which have statistical daily report, timer, and filter,etc.
