Initial Seismic Study Albany USD Schools and Facilities

This report presents the findings of a seismic study conducted on Albany USD schools and facilities, including Ocean View ES, Marin ES, Cornell ES, Albany MS, Albany HS, Albany Children's Center, MacGregor HS, the District Office, and the Maintenance Facility. The study, performed by R. P. Gallagher Associates, Inc., assessed buildings constructed between 1933 and 1978. It focused on reinforced masonry structures, identified potential site hazards, and recommends further evaluations for Category 2 buildings, particularly concerning the Children's Center slope and other facilities.
