Article I General Section 1: established iaw Article VII of constitution Section 2: Revisions to by-laws -see article VII of constitution Section 3: BSCP representative shall be nominated by PDC and consent of EC and becomes member of PDC Section 4: PE Representative shall be nominated by PDC and consent of EC and becomes member of PDC Section 5: Motto: Professionals Dedicated to the Safety of System, Products and Services

Article II Membership Fellow-PD/M concurrence and Majority of entire EC Senor-PD/M concurrence and majority of EC quorum Member- Membership committee Affiliate- Membership committee Student- Membership committee Member Emeritus-Membership concurrence and majority of EC quorum Honorary- Membership committee and majority of entire EC Corporate- Membership committee Cooperating Organization- Membership committee and majority of EC quorum

Article II Membership Section 2 Membership committee with PDC prepare and distribute application forms and instructions PDC prepare and distribute a handbook defining qualification evaluation factors.Membership committee shall provide to PDC evaluating criteria and methodology for processing (except senior and fellow)

  6. Article II Membership Section 3 Member BS and experience Senior member 4 years as member 6 Education point, 6 experience points, 23 professional points Fellow 5 years as senior and significant contributions 70 points (35 in addition to Senior)

Article II Membership Section 6 Dues Section 7 Privileges and obligations Individual members (except affiliate and students) eligible to vote, hold society and chapter office Professional members elected to EC Affliatestudents serve on society or chapter committees if approved by EC Students may be president of student chapters Membership can be denied or revoked for violation of code of ethics (2/3 of EC approval)
