  2. QUE ES LA CIS * Es una asociación civil sin fines de lucro (ONG) * De trabajadores y gestionado por trabajadores.

  3. ORIGEN E HISTORIA • Taller de febrero de 1992 Federaciones/ISAT. • Curso Nacional en 1993. • Fundación como Asociación en 1993. • ENSAT: proyecto de capacitación. • Proyecto de servicios de salud para Trabajadoras

  4. MIEMBROS • Federaciones nacionales: minería, petróleo, metalúrgicos, papeles, textiles, comercio, estibadores, asbesto, salud, electricidad. • En proceso: construcción civil, CGTP.

  5. OBJETIVO Planificar, organizar, promover e implementar acciones de capacitación y de formulación de alternativas, que contribuyan a la mejora de las condiciones de salud, trabajo y vida de los trabajadores y del medio ambiente.

  6. ORGANOS DE LINEA • Capacitación (ENSAT) • Promoción • Comunicación y Difusión (boletín web, etc) • Sistematización y Seguimiento

  7. LOGROS PRINCIPALES • Capacitación ( agosto de 1994 a setiembre de 1999) • CURSOS TOTAL HOMBRES MUJERES • 56 2,516 1,649 (62%) 867 (35%) • Módulos validados • Sedes Regionales • Nuevos sectores de trabajadores no sindicalizados • Consultores y asesores • Reconocimiento e interlocución.

  8. PROYECTOS • Capacitación (Escuela Nacional de Salud y Trabajo ENSAT) • Soluciones Prácticas en salud de los trabajadores.

  9. PROYECTO CAPACITACION • Perfil del Promotor (conocimientos, habilidades y destrezas de acuerdo a la nueva realidad, visión multidisciplinaria). • Planificación educativa. • Cursos: Curso Básico, Curso Intermedio, Curso Avanzado, Curso de Gestión.

  10. PROYECTO SOLUCIONES PRACTICAS FIN Contribuir a la reducción de Enfermedades y accidentes de trabajo PROPOSITO Soluciones Prácticas implementadas en los sectores priorizados RESULTADOS 1) Soluciones prácticas validadas, sistematizadas y accesibles 2) Trabajadores y promotores capacitados en soluciones prácticas. 3) Mesa de trabajo tripartita funcionando en sectores priorizados SECTORES Agricultura, Minería, Construcción Civil , Estibadores de mercados
