This project presents a striking urban arrangement with a basic structure comprising 16 units, each spanning 60m². It emphasizes a blend of 75% extrovert public spaces and 25% private introvert spaces. The architectural approach utilizes sustainable construction techniques, including concrete, wood, and steel cladding, which adapt to environmental interactions. Designed with flexibility in mind, the spaces enhance community interaction while also providing serene private areas. Notable examples of similar designs and materials are referenced, showcasing the aesthetic potential and functionality throughout the structure.
