It emphasizes a blend of 75% extrovert public spaces and 25% private introvert spaces. The architectural approach utilizes sustainable construction techniques, including concrete, wood, and steel cladding, which adapt to environmental interactions. Designed with flexibility in mind, the spaces enhance community interaction while also providing serene private areas.
