  2. Building regulations in Europe Europe is a mix of a big number of individual states – please don´t expect common rules! In addition some states are divided in provinces, e.g. UK in 4, GER in 16, which use partly own building regulations! Univ.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. Stefan Winter

  6. General performance based fire safety requirements In most of the European states prescriptive rules are given in laws and/or guidelines!
