  2. Funding – Grants & Loans • Green Acres • $200,000 loan obtained in 1999 • Additional grant/loan to cover balance of outdoor recreational features • Small Cities / Housing & Urban Development (HUD) • Grant of up to $400,000 • New Jersey Tree Planting Grant • Up to $25,000

  3. Sources of Revenue • Increased pool fees • Activities that utilize the rooms in the recreational facility • Entertainers • Receptions • Dance classes
