Links to be used based on your current employment status at UNISA • Face to Face tutors and External applicant – https://irec.unisa.ac.za:4443/ (steps from slide 3) • E-Tutor or Teaching assistant – (steps from slide 7) Please take note that due to the fact that some employers do not allow staff to access secured sites we advise applicants to apply from a PC not liked to a network protected by a firewall

Face to Face tutors and External applicant • E-Tutor or Teaching assistant - • Face to Face tutor – Please take note that due to the fact that some employers do not allow staff to access secured sites we advise applicants to apply from a PC not liked to a network protected by a firewall New to the Unisa iRecruitment site - Register Previously registered – log into system with your e-mail and password

  4. Face to Face tutors and External applicant – cont. Click on the Pretoria, ZA location and then Search to access all vacancies Click on the Vacancy name (blue) of the vacancy and the full vacancy will be displayed

  5. Face to Face tutors and External applicant – cont. To navigate to previous page click on Home tab If you want to apply click on the Apply Now button Module link to indicate module vacancy per region

Face to Face tutors and External applicant – cont. • You will now be taken through the application process step by step: Please take note of the following: • No e-mail applications will be accepted • Ensure that you complete the assessment page • Ensure that you attach all required documents (incl. certificates)

E-Tutor or Teaching assistant • E-Tutor or Teaching assistant - • Face to Face tutor – Please take note that due to the fact that some employers do not allow staff to access secured sites we advise applicants to apply from a PC not liked to a network protected by a firewall Log into Oracle by using your username that you also use on MyUnisa but request a new password using Login Assistance

  8. E-Tutor or Teaching assistant– cont. Click on Jobs tab Click on the Pretoria, ZA location and then Search to access all vacancies Click on the Vacancy name (blue) of the vacancy and the full vacancy will be displayed
