Problems • **Main Problem: Unable to see inventory on hand through website • Each link opens a new window • Broken links/pictures that don’t show up throughout page • Unable to see buy back prices of textbooks • Student resource section is outdated and lacks information • No personal notification of rental due date

Solution to Main ISSUE • We would like to connect the two stores POS systems to their current webpage that would allow customers to see what textbooks the two stores actually have on hand and which store the textbook is at • Would update immediately following a book being scanned through system

  6. Other Solutions • Main focus would be to update and organize web site • Post current offers and promotions on Facebook page • Implement an email notification system for returns of rental books
