Hennepin Technical College, in collaboration with local hospitals and care centers, has developed a comprehensive series of workshops aimed at supporting both US-born and non-US-born male nursing students in successfully navigating their clinical coursework. Our data revealed that many students struggled during this critical phase, prompting us to implement this program. The primary objective is to enhance completion rates for male nursing students pursuing their LPN diplomas and to better prepare them for passing the state board exam, fostering a more diverse nursing workforce.
