  9. Ratification • The signing and ratification of the last two protocols isn’t considered to be a priorityat the political level. • There is no legal incompatibility with our legal framework.

  10. Current activities • The National Council on Bioethics has made the proposal to the Minister of Social Affairs to start the signing and ratification process of the two additional protocols concerning biomedical research and genetic testing for health purposes.
