  1. WILLS Group WILLS, was founded by Steven Neo in 1990, also a personal friend of Andy Wee which was later sold to him and a few partners in 1992. The new management team was headed by Sam Ang where he has full control of the operations, with just only an assistant. The initial focus was to provide networking solutions as it provides good margin compared to PC sales. ROCB (registrar of company and business) and SMRT were just some of their customers. WILLS also manufactured “Wills Professional Computer – WillsPro Series” targeted at the corporate server market which needed an alternative from the big boys. The company grew and re-organized itself into several divisions and new companies were being formed. It also purchased a software company along the way to complete the IT solutions. New and larger investors were also invited as the company needed additional capital for the expansion program: 1. Networking Division – core business. Major reseller for several server manufacturers & peripherals like IBM, ACER etc 2. Channel Sales Division – supported other SIs & dealers in Sim Lim Square. Awarded Microsoft Gold Partner. 3. Trading Division – source for latest products from Asian countries like Taiwan and also to support the channel sales division 4. Software Development – developed owned accounting and clinic software. 5. POS Solutions – partnership with Australian company 6. IT Training Centre – provide support to existing customers & to expand into new market • Thailand Operations – a joint venture with the local in Thailand. Distributor of Sony CD drive The company was sold in 2003. It no longer belongs to the SOC group.
