A new kind of agency • The Network Effect is A Specialist New Business development Agency. • There is a niche in the market for a business that helps a company to make contact with people who will be interested in what they do • It will encompass social media as well as website optimisation, and also traditional media (e.g tv, newpapers, magazines) • This document explores the following:- • the range of services, • the communication of the proposition to potential clients, • the management and delivery of the services, • the process of charging fees

Effective Networking • NE will develop an understanding of the business development objectives of each client within the Network. • A plan will be developed with each client of their desired outcome of the planned activity. This will take into account the clients own ability and availability to participate in the networking activity

  4. Effective Networking • Online SocialActivity • The face-to-face activity will be matched and complimented with online social media activity and traditional press and media if required

  5. Effective Networking Social media has developed online networking but for most professional services there is no substitute for effective face-to-face networking for effective new business development • People buy people first

  6. Effective Planning Essential part of the planning is to understand how the client has built their current customer of client base. In addition the current targets, financial plans to understand the value of a target to a client and how they are currently building and handling their pipeline. This will include Customer type, Industry sector. Timing From this NE will develop a plan and agree planned activity with the client.

Activity and Implementation • Promotions – third party activity or brand building • Mentoring clients on skills of networking • Development courses for personnel to be able to succeed in networking. • On Line Social Activity will include: • Creating new Events or co-hosting on line events with complimentary companies • Social Media advice or activity • Public Relations/Traditional Media Advice & implementation
