Enhancing Vocational Education through Strengths and Challenges in Transport Training Schools
This SWOT analysis explores the high professional level of teachers in vocational transport education and their involvement in creating international projects, writing educational materials, and providing crucial hands-on training. Our driving school enhances practical skills, yet challenges such as limited financial resources, outdated materials, and student apathy towards academics persist. Despite these hurdles, graduates obtain valuable qualifications that facilitate employment in local and European transport industries. We aim to foster creativity and innovation among students and teachers while addressing current educational shortcomings.
