  1. Ms. Hillis’ Classroom News March 3rd– March 7th,2014 Dear Parents, We raised almost $8,000 for the American Heart Association with Jump Rope for Heart this past Friday!!!! A big thanks goes out to all the students hard work and the parents that helped make this possible! Also, I’ve really enjoyed all the Science projects the students worked so hard on! It’s been amazing to see how much they enjoyed learning and the work they put into researching their animal! Thanks! Ms. Hillis 395-3353 ashley.hillis@sccpss.com • Sand Gnats Game • Students can earn a free ticket to the Sand Gnats game on Saturday, May 17th, by reading 10 books between today and Friday, April 25th! Only books read between January 13thand April 25th can be logged. Also, required reading cannot be included. • Calendar Reminders • March 10th – March 14thSpring Break! No School! • March 17th– Holiday! No School!
