Helpful Tips for Answering • Take a minute to prepare an answer • Focus on: • HOW you did something • WHAT you did • WHY you did it • WHO you involved • Don’t be negative or complain • Think of the best possible way of doing this thing. • Expand your answer backwards & forward in time • Tell a story with a beginning, middle and end. 18
