Withdrawal Policy • Students who do not wish to continue taking a H3 programme must complete the Withdrawal Form obtainable from your school’s H3 coordinator or school office. • An administrative fee of S$60 will be charged for withdrawals within the first two weeks from the start of instruction. The remaining amount of $440 will be returned to MOE. No grade will be reflected. • There will be no refund of fees for withdrawals submitted two weeks after the start of instruction. An Absent grade will be reflected. • Two week withdrawal period for Sem 2, AY2007/2008: 14 Jan 2008 to 25 Jan 2008

Academic Matters • Module Description Descriptions of each module offered to H3 students are available at: https://ivle.nus.edu.sg/lms/default.aspx • Class and Examination Timetables • The class timetable and examination timetables are available at IVLE and Examination Directory • http://www.nus.edu.sg/registrar/event/examdir.html • NUS Email Account • Students are advised to check with NUS email account regularly as information will be disseminated through emails • IVLE (Integrated Virtual Learning Environment) • Students are advised to check IVLE on a regular basis as lecturers and tutors will communicate via IVLE whenever necessary

  5. University Rules & Regulations • As a student of the University, you must comply with the Statutes and Regulations, and the requirements of the Senate in the exercise of its authority. You should behave honourably and endeavour to maintain and enhance the good name of the University at all times. • Details of the `Statute on Discipline with Respect to Students’ can be found at: http://www.nus.edu.sg/registrar/info/nusgov.htm • You should familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations of the University and, in particular, with the rules on examinations which can be found at: http://www.nus.edu.sg/registrar/event/examdir.html • The University takes a very serious view of any breach of its examination regulations. Any student found to have breached any of these regulations will be subjected to disciplinary action, which may result in his/her expulsion from the University. • At no time will the University accept a plea of ignorance as an excuse for a breach of any rule.
