MEaSUREs – DAACs Best Practices • Purpose: • Discuss current status of MEaSUREs Project - DAAC relationships; • Discuss Best Practices to ensure smooth migration of products from MEaSUREs to DAACs; • Discuss Best Practices to promote data interoperability (among different ESDRs as well as between ESDRs and related products); • Share experiences and insights among all program participants. • Plan for session: • Discuss the morning interoperability session – what from that session needs to be carried forward into the MEaSUREs – DAACs discussion. • Individual DAAC reports – status / progress of relationships with MEaSUREs projects, what has gone well so far, what could be improved, lessons learned. • Work session – subgroups to discuss lessons learned and best practices to recommend – near term and for future programs. • Subgroup debrief to whole MPARWG and develop conclusions and recommendations from the session.
