Each believer in the church has and is a spiritual gift to the local church. 1 Peter 4:10-11 3. Spiritual gifts are given to build up fellow believers and to evangelize the lost. Eph. 4:11-12 4. Spiritual gifts develop and are clarified through growth and practice. Eph. 4:15-16
