  2. GREEK OLYMPIAN GODS • Does anybody in this room know who the 12 Greek Olympian Gods are? • The 12 Olympian Gods are; Zeus, Poseidon, Hera, Athena, Ares, Hermes, Hephaestus, Aphrodite, Artemis, Apollo, Dionysus and Demeter.

  3. THE BIG THREE • The most powerful Gods are; Zeus, Poseidon and Hades. Their Father is the almighty Titan lord Kronos!!! After a few years time Kronos’ son’s realised that their Father was evil, so they chopped him up into 1000pieces with his own scythe and threw him into the depths of Tartarus! The big three had a brother. He was called Chiron. Chiron teaches at Camp-half-blood. Camp-half-blood is a cam for Demigods. Demigods are children of a God/Goddess a mortal parent. This is possible because Gods(or Goddess)go down to Earth and hook up with mortals.

  4. GREEK TEMPLES • In Athens there is the Athenian Parthenon. This is a sacred statue to Athena and Athens. When you are near it you can feel the power it radiats! • A long tome ago Athena saw a young girl called Archne boasting that she was a better weaver than Athena herself. After Athena saw this she said that she would face Archne in a sowing competition. In the end Athena won but that didn’t stop her from turning Archne into a huge spider!! A coup0le of years later Archne stole the Athenian Parthenon and it has been missing ever since!!
