The international organizations are normally created by agreements amongst the sovereign states for a common purpose of improving human welfare. There are many international organization like WHO, ILO, WMO, ICAO, etc. Regarding   the legal capacity of international organization, no international organization can legally overstep its constitutional provisions. As we all know that these international organization have several power out of which one is most common and holds a very important legal personality, that is the treaty making power. These organization provides some privileges and immunities for the human or state’s welfare. International organization helps in law making in the absence of any legislative organ equivalent to under municipal law. These organization also provides organ for the regulations of the laws which are made under their law making body. On the international arena league of nations was the ?rst major attempt in the creation of permanent international political institution. But this organization failed to serve its duty, therefore this organization did’nt exist for very long. But the experience gathered during the time of league of nations, it helped in providing proper formation of the united nations.
