  1. September 6, 2012 Warm Up: Rehearsal is practice. Why is practice important? What do you think you should do during rehearsal? Objective: Students will rehearse their scenes in groups with Mr. Ward’s feedback.

  2. Rehearsal what it is/isn’t • Rehearsal is your time to work in your groups independently on your project. • Rehearsal is a privilege, not a right. • Rehearsal is NOT free time to do whatever you want. • Rehearsal is NOT an excuse to do nothing. • Rehearsal does not have to happen in class.

  3. What to do during rehearsal… • Practice your play • Practice blocking • Practice your lines • Make your own hand written copies of your script • Edit your script • Discuss character issues and get help from your group. • Show and Tell with a peer group.
