  1. ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Principles ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). These principles are essential concepts and values that organizations should follow to achieve and maintain high-quality products, services, and processes. The seven quality management principles of ISO 9001:2015 are as follows: Customer Focus: This principle emphasizes the importance of understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations. Organizations must identify their customers' requirements, strive to exceed their expectations, and continuously improve customer satisfaction. Leadership: Strong leadership is crucial for the success of a QMS. Leaders at all levels should establish a clear vision and direction for the organization, create unity and engagement among employees, and promote a customer-focused culture. Engagement of People: Recognizing that people are the heart of any organization, this principle emphasizes the value of competent, motivated, and empowered employees. Organizations should involve and empower their people, promote teamwork, and provide adequate training and resources to achieve quality objectives. Process Approach: This principle emphasizes the importance of understanding and managing processes within the organization. Organizations should define and manage their processes to achieve desired outcomes efficiently and consistently. Improvement: Continual improvement is a fundamental principle of ISO 9001:2015. Organizations should actively seek opportunities for improvement, whether through corrective actions, preventive actions, or innovation, to enhance their overall performance. Evidence-Based Decision Making: Making decisions based on data and evidence is essential for effective management. Organizations should use relevant data and information to make informed decisions and to evaluate the performance of processes and the QMS. Relationship Management: This principle focuses on building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, partners, and other interested parties. Strong relationships can enhance collaboration and facilitate the achievement of quality objectives.
