  3. You can search for employees by first name, last name or employee ID This is how the in-out board first appears when an employee approaches the screen.

  4. Depending upon the search you chose, you will look for the employee by first name, last name, or employee ID

  5. Once the desired employee has been found, his status will be displayed. To mark the employee as out of the office, touch the “out” radial button.

  6. The calendar will automatically appear. Touching an employee’s expected return date will enter that date on the in-out board.

  7. The time selection box will automatically appear. Touching an employee’s expected return time will enter that time on the in-out board.

  8. The location selection box will automatically appear. Touching an employee’s destination will enter that location on the in-out board.

  9. Touching the magnifying glass allows inaccurate information to be changed. The employee is now listed as out of the office.

  10. When the “In” button is touched, the return info is cleared.
