  4. 1 Achievement of agreement • Achievement of agreement about transfer of full work version ELS WEB Siveillance to SIS MOW with developer access right and competences in area of development new applications with system tools and other facilities • We also need to get the clear confirmation that we will get the full support for all delivered SW and documentation and also the fixing of the detected bugs (per phone, e-mail, Internet).

  5. 2 Workshop on installation of ELS WEB on the SIS Russia HW • Workshop on installation of ELS WEB on the SIS Russia HW (in St-Wolfgang with participation of SIS Ru specialists). • Installation and tuning of ELS WEB, installation and tuning of ELS Vantage, following items are especially interesting: • tuning of Oracle 10G DB • Installation of DB schema • installation app server • installation service of AVL • installation of routing service • testing of clients coupling and common efficiency • testing of efficiency of AVL and routing service • transfer of installation and administration system documentation Granting of ELS WEB license to SIS Russia: 1 x Server 5 x clients Test of the received version in Moscow: test of functionality and submission of trouble reports to St.Wolfgang bugs fixing by IBT

  6. 3 Workshop: GIS layer tool(s) and WMS • GIS layer tool(s) and WMS used in the current ELS • presentation of common structure and functionality of GIS • training “Development GIS layers on base of raster (raster files)” • Development GIS layers on the base of import vector data” (mif/mid – MapInfo for example) • demonstration of development graphics basics on the base of vector classes (captions, notation conventions etc) • demonstration of realization in GIS for several vector basics and captions Development of GIS layers in Moscow and testing GIS SDK Bugs fixing (together with IBT St-Wolfgang)

  7. 4 Workshop: SDK VI Tool • Training in getting basic skills for the development of user interfaces and other applications using ELS tools (VI Tool) including demonstration of correct work of nationalizations tool. • Adoptation of the system in Moscow to fit to Russian requirements: • testing ViewInfo Tool? • testing Route Services • bugs fixing (together with colleagues from St-Wolfgang)
