LA CORRESPONDANCE PERSONNELLE: • La correspondance personnelle comprend : • La lettre amicale: C’est une lettre souvent libre et inventive .Elle respecte certains codes qui se remarquent surtout sur le plan des formules employées pour prendre contact (Cher ami ,Chère sœur…) ou prendre congé (Affectueusement,Je vous embrasse, à+…) selon la relation existant entre les deux correspondants. La lettre amicale permet une grande liberté d’expression(on peut parler de tout ce que l’on veut.) • La lettre de circonstance: C’est une lettre rédigée à l’occasion d’évènements heureux ou malheureux. Elle est traditionnellement rédigée pour remercier,féliciter,faire parvenir des vœux ou des condoléances. Certaines phrases ou expressions toutes faites telles que ( je vous présentes mes….,permettez-moi de vous présenter…) reviennent assez souvent

LA CORRESPONDANCE LITTERAIRE • La correspondance littéraire: Cette forme ressemble beaucoup à la lettre amicale sauf sur le plan du style et de la langue .En effet, le style utilisé est élaboré et raffiné ,tandis que la langue est soutenue .Ceci est dû au fait que ces lettres sont échangées par des gens de lettres( écrivains… ) ou des personnalités .

LA CORRESPONDANCE ADMINISTRATIVE ET CONVENTIONNELLE • La correspondance administrative et conventionnelle: Les lettres administratives sont rédigées par des personnes à l’intention des administrations,des administrations à l’intention des personnes ou des administrations pour d’autres administrations. La lettre administrative se doit d’être efficace. Elle doit être claire et concise. Elle répond aussi à une présentation précise.
