  1. THE TERRALENE ADVANTAGE FOR GOVERNMENT AND INDUSTRY • 15 - 20% lower emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrous oxide (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), and other reductions to sulphur, hydrocarbons, toxins and precipitates

  2. THE TERRALENE ADVANTAGE FOR GOVERNMENT AND INDUSTRY • Reduces dependencies on foreign fossil fuel sources • No negative impact on the existing food chain cycle, but could actually add to the food chain if we look at crops to facilitate ethanol production and its derivatives. Herein lies another revenue stream for agriculture, because you can grow it instead of drilling for it. And if you grow a surplus, you can export it at world market prices

  3. THE TERRALENE ADVANTAGE FOR GOVERNMENT AND INDUSTRY • Can be readily blended by refineries • Governments can determine their own level of environmental responsibility depending on the ratio of gasoline to Terralene® • Increased refining capacity without additional infastructure costs. One of the main advantages of producing Naptha for Terralene® is that the number of refining processes can be reduced from those requiring gasoline production. This would translate into increased capacity of the refinery to divert capacity elsewhere

  4. THE TERRALENE ADVANTAGE FOR GOVERNMENT AND INDUSTRY • No major upgrades to existing fuel delivery operations are necessary  • Set an example of emission reductions and build up carbon credits  • Rapid and seamless integration of Terralene® into the marketplace with no adverse impact to the consumer/taxpayer

  5. THE TERRALENE® ADVANTAGE FOR CONSUMERS • Your engine does not need any modifications • A comparable run time, octane power and BTU output to regular gasoline  • Also compatible with smaller 2 and 4-stroke gasoline engines

  6. THE TERRALENE® ADVANTAGE FOR CONSUMERS • Engine runs cooler giving longer life through reduced wear. Tests show no deposit build up on piston head and rings  • The inside walls of the piston chambers had no visible wear(original crosscuts in the wall chamber were still visible) and the piston rings and piston head did not have build-up of deposits or any visible abnormal wear and tear.

  7. THE TERRALENE® ADVANTAGE FOR CONSUMERS • Terralene’s® engine cleaning properties ensure superior engine performance  • Consumers can use the same filling stations and pumps that they’re already used to  • No more unpleasant odor from exhaust emissions

  8. THE TERRALENE® ADVANTAGE FOR CONSUMERS • Terralene® is not restricted to specific gasoline stations, as the the fuel is fully interchangeable and compatible with all established fuel types such as gasoline and other reformulated oxygenated fuel blends such as E10, E20 and E85

  9. THE TERRALENE® ADVANTAGE FOR CONSUMERS • Terralene® can absorb up to 600% more moisture/water content from other gasoline fuel blends E10. E20 and E85 respectively, without phase separation of the ethanol from the fuel blend. This is particularly advantageous where fuel needs to be stored for periods of time

  10. PRODUCTION COSTS BASED ON WORLD PRICES @ JULY 1 2010 • Naptha $0.25/l • Ethanol $0.12/l • Other key ingredients (combined) $0.21/l • TOTAL COST OF PRODUCTION......................................................................................................$0.58/LITRE • ADD APPROXIMATE PROFIT POTENTIAL • Production profit $0.03/l • Blending cost $0.01/l • Importer distributor $0.03/l • Retail Distributor $0.05/l • PRICE OF TERRALENE® TO THE PUMP $0.70/LITRE • ADD GOVERNMENT TAXES, SAY 25% $0.175/l • RETAIL COST TO THE CONSUMER (WITHOUT SUBSIDY) $0.875/LITRE

  11. Summary Table and Comparison Graph of Terralene® Production to Gasoline Production at the PUMP
