  4. Hazardous Materials Group • Three primary functional positions: • Entry Leader • Decontamination Leader • Site Access Control Leader • Other positions: • Assistant Safety Officer/Haz Mat • Technical Specialist

  5. Unified Command • Multiple agencies share scene management responsibility • Agencies that have statutory functional responsibility include: • Fire • Law Enforcement • Health
