  4. It must have come on about two days ago after I got back from school. It started with a sore throat and then my chest began to hurt. How long has this been going on for?

  5. Is everything okay, doctor? You look feverish. There has been a flu epidemic in our town. Let me examine you. Now, breathe deeply. Cough, please. The tonsils look fine.

  6. I don’t think there’s anything to worry about. I’ll prescribe an antibiotic. Take one teaspoon twice a day. And you must stay in bed for five days. For five days? It’s too long. I have to go to school
