  5. Logging In • Some portions of the private RP webpage require that you log in. Only the official RP Chair, Chapter President, and RVC will have access to these parts of the site. • Use the same log in information you use to access the ‘Members Only’ sections of the main ASHRAE page • User Name – your primary email address • Password – the unique password you created *Not sure what your log in is? Having trouble logging in? Contact Headquarters!

Just contact Headquarters and we will gladly give it to you!

Monthly Reports • Sent at the end of each month and twice a month beginning in March • You will be notified via email when these reports are available • Double check completed RP tasks, such as Full Circle and Volunteer Committee • Check to ensure that all of your donors are listed • Contact Staff with any questions or updates

Finding Information Online • Electronic Training Manual is identical to your hard copy • Most things you receive as hard copies will also be available online • All forms are available electronically • Details on major projects are also available online. For example AHR Expo donors and Donor Recognition. • You can also brush up on your RP skills online!
