PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS – SUPPORT STAFF ALL are into the D5 Office, some awaiting approval When approved, schedule consultations, attain signatures, submit finals to the D5 office Thanks to the many who were early or on time this year! PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS – AGENTS Ratings: Now approved by Assistant Directors and Dr. Henning Notifications will be mailed November 26th A deadline will be given to appeal a rating 2012-2013 Performance Appraisals – “All” Agents will be required to be rated (includes all service levels above one year).
