This is the messaging screen. Be sure to read the messages as there are important technical updates and useful attachments (documents). When you finish reading your messages, click on the My Students tab.
To create an intervention, you must first locate the student record. You can type the student’s last name in the search field (upper right).
Upon finding your student, click on his/her name. Now create a new intervention. Click New Intervention.
Choose the intervention type. Select the RTI Level (Tier) based on frequency, duration and group size. Select start/end date. Select Mode: In class, individual, small group, or large group Choose Active Student receives small group math instruction 2 times weekly for 30 minutes each session. Funding Codes: Title I: SAM and Title I teachers (Cheryl Potts) Title IV: Afterschool Program ERSS: related service providers only (OT, PT, etc) Local: ALL other interventions during and throughout the school year) The intervention is scheduled via extra time during the school day. *** Intervention decision choices are need for services, continue or discontinue. This student’s new intervention is based on a need for services.
* New intervention screen continued Above arrows point to the “insert paragraph” icon. There are pre-existing paragraphs that you select. Intervention curriculum refers to the specific research based intervention being provided. Be sure to save once you’ve entered all applicable fields.
This is how your newly entered intervention will appear on the Student Detail screen. The intervention appears as Active Intervention 2 as the student has one existing intervention.
