  1. Enter your User ID and Password, then click on “Login”.

  2. Select “Tender Search” and then click on “Go”.

  3. Again click on “Search”.

  4. Click on the link which displays the tender no. to select your tender.

  5. Click on “Action Page” button to proceed.

  6. Click on “Proceed” to continue with “Bid Submission”.

  7. Click on “Go” to proceed with “EMD Payment”.

  8. Select “EMD Mode” from drop-down.

  9. Click on “Make Payment” after the “EMD Mode” has been selected.

  10. Click on “Save”.

  11. Click on “Validate Payment” to validate the payment made.

  12. Message confirming the payment status displayed here.
