  2. President: Kristen Slamaremail: apo.oe.president@gmail.com • Theta Epsilon has invited us to attend the Section 50 MiniConference at Illinois State University on October 23, 2010. The purposeof this conference is to inform all the chapters on what to expect at theNational Convention and to participate in some workshops. • If you’re interested in going, send me an email.

VP Community: Carly Wilsonemail: cwilson3@iwu.edu Upcoming events: • Help tag books at Bloomington public library THIS THURSDAY!! • 2-5, One hour shifts, individually or with a partner • Last CDM Orientation THIS THURSDAY • Children’s Discovery Museum- 5:00 PM • Fall Festival – Saturday October 9, Miller Park 1:30-5 • Haunted trail, Constitution Trail – October 22 and 23 5-8:30 • Dress up, scare kids, facepaint, pass out candy! • Must go to short orientation October 20 5:30 PM

VP Community • Festival of Trees – November 9-15 • PLEASE, PLEASE VOLUNTEER! =) • Return form to me next week • CDM needs help with their new Arts Ink exhibit! • Help kids with puppet shows, dress-up, tidying, and painting! • Daily from 9-12, 12-3, 3-5 • After school volunteers needed at CDM to help with science activities at local grade schools: • Thursday September 30 2:30-5:00 • Tuesday October 5 3:00-5:00 • Tuesday October 7 2:30-5:00 • Please contact Shelly Hanover, shanover@normal.org if interested!

They would receive an extra hour for it. VP Campus, National, Fraternity • ISU Internship/Job Fair, Wednesday, October 6th • Have to be 21 and provide a copy of your license to Robin Walter at the Career Center • You’ll be driving a van from IWU to ISU • Ryan Beaupre 5k Run on Saturday October 9th • 8-11am • IWU Internship Fair on Tuesday, October 12th • 3:30-7pm, contact Ade apo.oe.fellowship@gmail.com
