POLICIES • We will follow OH&S policies in our premises • We use only fresh ingredients with our authentic cooking style • We always cook all of the dishes everyday with freshly cooked by customer ordered and also served dishes in a proper position, equipment and temperature. • We will cook 7 days a week

  7. ORDER POLICIES • Customer can place the order everyday from 10 am to 3 pm over the phone, email, or fax • There is no minimum order of purchased with cash • There is minimum of $10 of purchased with EFTPOS or Credit Card

  8. RETURN GOODS POLICIES • You are welcome to claim for the new product if the product does not reach one of any standards on which both quantity and quality. If there are mistakes of delivery, products do not reach the standard, customers can return all items. Then, we will cook and deliver a new one without any other conditions.

  9. FEEDBACK • We always keep doing a feedback from the customer as much as possible. On every Saturday, we will draw one lucky customer from the feedback box to find out the lucky one who will get the greatest discount by drawing another jar themselves to getting a discount by ranging in the discount drawer jar. This is our fun activity to excite the customers to be participated in our feedback progress.
