You will now receive all communication regarding your child’s show choir experience through this website.
Calendar Please go to the calendar tab on the www.cloverhillshowchoir.com to view the 2014-2015 calendar. You will then find a Google calendar that will continue to be updated throughout the year.
Choreography Camp • Choreography Camp with our choreographer, Antwon Chavis for Synergy will be July 19-20 and July 26-27. See the calendar for times. • Choreography Camp with our choreographer, Antwon Chavis for Iridescence and New Dimensions will be July 21-25. • Iridescence – 8 am-2 pm (lunch will be at 11:30) • New Dimensions – 3 pm- 9pm (dinner will be at 6 pm)
Costs and Deadlines • May 15 – $70 Dominion Show Choir Camp Registration Deposit Due • May 15 – IRI & ND: $175 / SYNERGY: $125 (half of choreography charge) • June 15 - (IRI & ND: $175 / SYNERGY: $125 (balance of choreography charge) • JUNE 16 – Dominion Show Choir Camp Balance Due -first day of camp • July 15 - $150 costume deposit – IRI, ND & SYNERGY Due Date
What Does This Cover • Dominion Show Choir Camp • All Choreography • All Show Choir Music • Props • School Busses for LOCAL competitions • Competition Registrations • Show Choir T-Shirt
What This Does NOT Cover • Any costumes. • Any hotel expenses for out-of-town trips. • Any transportation expenses for out-of-town trips. • Any food costs for out-of-town competitions. Total costs for these items will be assessed and divided into monthly payments for your convenience. The amount of these expenses will not be determined until the fall of 2014.
Dominion Show Choir Camp • This is a mandatory week for all students participating in the 2014-2015 Clover Hill Show Choirs. • The remaining balance is due on the first day of camp, June 16. • Total cost for a Clover Hill Show Choir student is $140 for the week.

Misceleneous • WHENEVER YOU WRITE A CHECK FOR SHOW CHOIR EXPENSES, PLEASEWRITE YOUR STUDENT’S NAME AND WHAT THE CHECK IS WRITTEN FOR IN THE MEMO LINE. Any and ALL checks should be made payable to CHHS!
